Help & Support

Start with the problem you want to solve.

Find a focused guide, jump to the related app page, or send enough diagnostic context for support to understand what happened.

In the Cloud Contacts app

Shake to Report an Issue

On iPhone, open the installed Cloud Contacts app and unlock it if needed. Shake your phone to open Report Issue.

Describe what happened, then choose Send. Opening the report does not send feedback or diagnostics.

After submission, keep the report reference with Copy Receipt. It records the submission time and whether diagnostics were attached—not that the issue has been reviewed or resolved.

On any device, including iPad and Mac, you can use Help & Support → Send Feedback instead.

Diagnostics are optional

Include Diagnostics starts off. If you turn it on, use Preview Diagnostics to review the prepared report before choosing Send.

The diagnostic report includes app and contact-library information plus a bounded excerpt of recent app logs. Recognized sensitive data and structured payloads are redacted, but personal information may remain. Preview the report before sending. Full raw log files and screenshots are not attached.

Save Diagnostic Report saves a ZIP containing the same report text locally. Previewing or saving does not upload it. The same ZIP is sent to our server only when you include diagnostics and choose Send.

Go directly to the source

Open the related app page.

These universal links open Cloud Contacts when it is installed. Without the app, they show a privacy-safe explanation instead of a broken page.

When something goes wrong

Choose Send Feedback in Help & Support. Describe the action, time, and device involved. Include Diagnostics is optional and starts off; review the prepared report before sending. Do not paste contact values or credentials into your message.

Still need a person?

Send feedback or email support with a concise description of what happened. If you choose to share diagnostics, review the report first. Avoid screenshots containing private contact data.

Quick answers

Before you troubleshoot.

Why can’t Cloud Contacts see my contacts?+

Check Contacts permission, confirm that a contact library is selected, and verify that the provider account is still connected. To report a problem, open Help & Support → Send Feedback and choose whether to include diagnostics.

Why is synchronization taking a long time?+

A remote provider may be unreachable, rate-limited, or waiting for authentication. You can close the connection progress view, review Sync Activity, and retry without leaving the interface blocked.

Can cleanup or synchronization delete an account?+

Provider errors should not silently delete the only account record. Review Sync Activity and reconnect the provider when authentication or database recovery is required.

Where can I read app notifications and history?+

Open Sync Activity & Messages from this page or from the app. Notification taps lead to the related feature when possible and fall back to that history.
